Given the personalized and handcrafted nature of my products, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any handmade goods, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective.

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order. After this period, I begin processing your order, and cancellations will not be accepted.

I am not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages once the item has been handed over to the carrier. Any shipping issues must be resolved with the shipping carrier directly.
